Bananas are widely cultivated in Southern India along with states like Maharashtra, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh. For sourcing, our experienced team identifies banana plantations which follow good agricultural practices such as use of high yielding cultivars, high density plantations, drip irrigation system, proper covering of bunches etc. After harvesting, banana bunches are rinsed in alum water followed by fungicides. Alum water removes dirt, dust and soil particles while fungicides help clean fungus/ bacteria if any. Post this, undersize and under-grade bananas are sorted out from the rest before final packaging. Our brand label on each bunch assures that it has passed all quality checks. We supply bananas year round. Details of final packaging are mentioned in the table below. However, we are happy to modify basis client requirements.
